For those in the Kimberley, BC area, we also offer the option of local pick-up or delivery, providing you with a convenient way to get your products. Please note that additional shipping fees apply to orders being shipped to the USA.

Return & Exchange Policy
At What a Bag!, we are committed to providing you with top-quality products. Please note that all sales are final due to the nature of our products, which come into contact with food and hygiene considerations. As a result, we do not offer refunds.

However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen issues may arise. If you receive an item with a defect upon delivery, please photograph and document the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will be happy to assist you in exchanging the defective product for a new one. Please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply depending on your destination.
